Our statement of performance expectations (SPE) provides a snapshot of what we will deliver and invest in over 2025/26. This statement of performance expectations has been prepared to reflect the strategic direction in the statement of intent 2024-2028.
Guided by government expectations and our core statutory roles, our SPE sets out how we will measure our performance and investments through the National Land Transport Programme, and provides forecast financial statements.
We are revising our strategic direction to ensure it continues to align with the Government Policy Statement on land transport and other government priorities. The revised strategic direction will be reflected in a new statement of intent that will be published during 2025/26.
