The data available in the NLTP activities reporting tool is the same as the tables of activities listed in the NLTP documents on this webpage. However, this tool provides a dynamic way for users to manipulate the data according to their needs.

This tool makes it possible to:

• look at project funding information for the next three years
• look at NLTP data per activity class, region, or other sub category
• monitor progress after each NZ Transport Agency review (see below for more information)
• generate documents (Word or Excel) with tables for use in a report. 

Please note that the progress report function of this tool is ‘greyed out’ and not currently working. The tables provided through this tool will be updated monthly when funding status of projects is reviewed. Users will be able to note these changes when this feature goes live.

Important information on the use of this tool

Ensure your Excel settings allow Macros to be run on your computer. Close all Excel applications before you open the tool because it is an Excel based application.

Depending on your settings, the tool might not show up on your taskbar, even if it's running. Check if it's running by minimising all other applications. We recommend that you do not save the workbook, because the data will not automatically update.
