Top-up issue for stored cards
If you’ve changed or stored a new credit or debit card against your toll account since June 2023, your account may have had issues with auto top-ups. This was because of a change in our payment platform. We’re very sorry for any confusion this has caused.
We fixed this issue on 21 November 2023. You may notice top-ups that previously failed have now been taken from your card.
