The NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures for motorway improvements. Closures start at 9pm and finish at 5am, unless otherwise stated. Work delayed by bad weather will be completed at the next available date, prior to Friday, 9 November.

NORTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)

  • Onewa Road northbound off ramp 4 November
  • Onewa Road southbound off ramp 5 – 6 November
  • Southbound lanes between Onewa Road off and on ramp 5 - 6 November
  • Stafford Road northbound off ramp 4 November
  • Shelly Beach Road southbound off ramp 7 November
