Works on State Highway 1 at Rangiriri will see traffic moved off the highway for short detours later this month and again in July.
Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency contractors will be doing repairs and resurfacing on SH1 between the Te Kauwhata and Rangiriri interchanges.
The southbound day and night closures are from 25 June -27 June, and northbound day and night closures are from 9 July -11 July. These dates may change depending on the weather conditions.
During these closures traffic will be diverted off the highway between the Te Kauwhata and Rangiriri interchanges via Te Wharepu Road. The detour will be fully signposted and add about five minutes to travel times.
