State Highway 5 Old Taupo Road Rotorua will be closed overnight this Sunday and Monday 10 and 11 March.
The NZ Transport Agency advises motorists there will be a full closure of the State Highway 5 and Devon St roundabout to allow for asphalt resurfacing.
The road will be closed from 7pm to 7am. Works are weather dependant and may need to be postponed.
A detour will be in place via SH30 Sala Street and SH30A Te Ngae and Pukuata Street. Please allow an extra 5 minutes for your journey.
